Hill-Start Assist Control
Hill-start Assist Control (HAC)28 helps to increase driver confidence when ascending hills. While stopped on an incline, conventional vehicles may roll back once you step off the brake. HAC helps maintain the vehicle position by applying the brakes to all four wheels until the vehicle begins moving forward.
Trailer Sway Control
This system12 is designed to detect and help suppress unwanted trailer movement caused by wind, bumpy roads and even steering operation. Braking is applied independently to each wheel and the throttle can be moderated, while an indicator alerts the driver when the system is taking corrective measures.
