18-inch Alloy Wheels
These six-spoke, 18-inch alloy wheels [1] are lightweight and durable enough to handle virtually any off-road adventure. Plus, they come in a high-gloss finish on Premium models.

[1] 18-in performance tires are expected to experience greater tire wear than conventional tires.  Tire life may substantially be less than 15,000 miles, depending upon driving conditions.

HID Headlamps
Available High Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps provide a closer simulation to daylight than conventional halogen lighting. Not only does their brighter, whiter light make it easier to see in the darkest conditions, but the xenon and metal halide bulbs are also mercury-free, use less energy and last significantly longer.

Intelligent High-Beam Headlamps
Availble High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps help provide a closer simulation to daylight than conventional halogen lighting. Not only does their brighter, whiter light make it easier to see in the darkest conditions, but the xenon and metal halide bulbs are also mercury-free, use less energy and last significantly longer.

Backup Camera
Backing out of tight spaces is much easier with the GX's standard backup camera [1]. When the vehicle is placed in reverse, a tiny camera located above the rear license plate provides a view of what the camera’s lens can see behind you, which is conveniently displayed in full color simultaneously on the multi-information center console display or the available Navigation System [2] screen.

[1] The backup camera does not provide a comprehensive view of the rear area of the vehicle. You should also look around outside your vehicle and use your mirrors to confirm rearward clearance. Cold weather may limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy.
[2] Availability and accuracy of the information provided by the Navigation System or any XM services mentioned (if installed) are dependent upon many factors.  Use common sense when relying on information provided.  Services not available in every city or roadway.  Periodic Navigation updates available at additional cost.  Please see your Navigation System Owner's Manual or contact XM for details.

Intuitive Parking Assist
This available system uses sensors integrated into the front and rear bumpers to help monitor how close the GX is to surrounding objects. Warning tones and visual cues (through the multi-information console display or available navigation screen) help the driver better understand the vehicle's proximity to surrounding objects.

Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
For your convenience as well as your safety, this advanced system available on the GX uses radar technology to help maintain a pre-set following distance from the vehicle traveling in front of yours [1]. If you appear to be getting too close, the throttle is automatically reduced and brakes are applied. Once the road clears, your GX will return to its pre-set speed.

[1] Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. Please see your Owner's Manual for important instructions and cautions.

Wide-View Front and Side Monitor
Operated at low speeds, a camera incorporated into the front grille of the GX helps you see around blind corners, such as when exiting a parking garage or when maneuvering around a tight turn. A second camera located underneath the passenger side-mirror provides a view of the ground next to the vehicle, which makes parking alongside a curb easier. Both views can be displayed simultaneously on the navigation screen when this available system is activated.

Tow-Hitch
This available tow-hitch [1] is capable of allowing the GX to tow items up to 6,500 pounds, depending on the vehicle’s total cargo weight [2]

[1] Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner's Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on the total weight of any cargo, occupants and available equipment.
[2] Payload is the GVWR minus curb weight and includes weight of occupants, optional equipment and cargo, limited by weight distribution. Payload is not the Vehicle Capacity Weight as defined by FMVSS 110, which will vary according to installed optional equipment.
